Parent-Student-Teacher Conversations

Parent-Student-Teacher conversations will be taking place in the Assembly Hall (located in the main building) on the following days:

Monday, 17th June from 3:40pm – 5:30pm
Tuesday, 18th June from 3:40pm – 6:00pm

This is an opportunity for you to briefly sit down with the teacher/s of your child and talk about their progress. We strongly encourage parents to attend.

**IMPORTANT** If you are unsure as to which teacher you need to speak to regarding certain subjects, please check your child’s timetable available on SEQTA Engage.

Bookings will close at 12 pm (lunchtime) on the Parent-Student-Teacher conversation day/s.

WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO MAKE YOUR BOOKING AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO SECURE YOUR PREFERRED TIME.

The system will only allow you to make one booking per child per teacher. Please note that no double appointment times will be accepted. If you make a mistake or change your mind about your chosen time, click on your previous booking (which will cancel it) and make your new booking.

We have allocated 10 minutes per conversation. If you require a longer discussion or a different time, please feel free to contact the teacher directly via email.


Our school Chaplains, Pr Miranda Leijser & Pr Broden House will also be free for a chat and will have some helpful resources available.

If a teacher is away during Parent-Teacher-Student Conversations, they are happy to arrange a time to meet with you when they return.

Mr Devin Stafford will be away and returns Week 1, Term 3.
