Parent-Student-Teacher Conversations

Parent-Student-Teacher Conversations will be held in the Assembly Hall (main building) on Monday, 23 June, from 3:40pm – 8:30pm.

This is a valuable opportunity to meet briefly with your child’s teachers to discuss their progress, and we strongly encourage your attendance.

Booking Information:
Bookings must be made via SOBS (link below). Bookings close at 12pm on 23 June.
You can only make one booking per child per teacher – double appointments are not accepted. To change a booking, click on the existing one to cancel it before rebooking.
Each conversation is scheduled for 10 minutes. If more time is needed, please contact the teacher directly via email.

Important Notes Before Booking:
Check your child’s current timetable on SEQTA Engage to ensure you’re booking with the correct teachers.
When using SOBS, please ensure your child’s year level is correct. If you used the system last year, you may need to update the year level.
New students and Year 7 students must be added manually to your SOBS account.

Our school Chaplain, Pr Broden House, will also be available on the night if you’d like to have a chat.

If a teacher is unavailable on the evening, they will be happy to arrange a meeting at another time.
